I'm Heather Forness

Owner / Operator of Sunshine Massage & Bodyworks

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, I studied massage at CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu School and Clinic. I graduated in 2011 with over 600 hours of training and became a Certified Massage Therapist. After graduation, I spent some time working in a spa and was able to refine the techniques I studied in school. I eventually decided to trade in the corporate environment and went into private practice. In 2016 my husband and I relocated to Dunedin, Florida. In 2020 I took the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida.

As a local small business owner, I look forward to continuing my education so that I am able to expand my practice to include more modalities of therapeutic bodywork.
